Welcome to Treasured Pets Fine Art. By booking a session or purchasing artwork from us, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Session fees are required to reserve your appointment and are non-refundable.

  • Pricing for artwork is separate from the session fee and is discussed during your viewing and ordering appointment.

  • All sales are final once an order has been placed. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of ordering unless a payment plan is arranged in writing.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.

  • If you are late to your appointment, your session time may be reduced or forfeited without a refund.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Artwork and Copyright

  • Treasured Pets Fine Art retains the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use them for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients receive personal-use rights only for images that are purchased. Reproduction, editing, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Digital files are delivered as finished products. Raw or unedited files are not available for purchase or viewing.

5. Liability

  • Treasured Pets Fine Art is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your session, including travel to and from the location.

  • While we take the utmost care with your pets and artwork, unforeseen issues may arise, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session if necessary.

6. SMS and Email Communication

  • By booking with Treasured Pets Fine Art, you consent to receive SMS and email notifications regarding your session, artwork, and promotional updates. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
